You are not just a client to Alena.  She cares about people.  Not only did she see me through the sale of my home; she pointed out concerns she had about the purchase of my other home.  Alena's only job was to sell my house, not to worry about where we were going or how we would do it.  But she went above and beyond, patiently answering our questions and holding our hand all through the process.  We were in the same house for 43 years, and this is our first big move.
